I’m about to get creative in the next few days!
I’m gonna cut up some cardboard, hot glue it together in the shape of a robot helmet and a spaceman helmet, then fiberglass it, resin it, and slap some layers of bondo on it, sand it, paint it… It’ll be the first major movie prop that I’ve ever made! Hopefully, I’ll be able to pry it off my head!
Electric Guitar player friends, I need your advice! I was downtown Nashville today looking at strings and effects pedals and I thought the prices were rather high. Maybe it was just me. What do you recommend for strings, cool effects and amp cord? Oh, maybe a great electric guitar tutorial for rock guitar would be nice, too!
For Pete’s sake! Why on Earth did the film, “The Help” need to be in 3D? Watching Emma Stone’s curls dangle off screen? Seeing the sheets flap over the audience when they got folded? Looking at the pancakes coming at ya when breakfast was served? Yet, I still cried at the end when that pretty white girl saved all them sad black women.
I had a Bacon and Blue Hotdog at Sonic, the one with the poppyseed bun. But what if I got drug tested? I foolishly thought. No need to worry. All those cute little black poppyseeds never got ingested, instead they were safely filtered from entering my system by being deposited on my teeth! Pretty!
